The Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton was signed by the approval agreements and allocated the stimulus funds for the cost of organization, the construction of land for the purpose of establishing / expanding business zones in the area of this canton.
The total amount of approved funds is 700,000 KM, and 100,000 KM will receive Zenica, Zavidovići, Tešanj, Žepče, Usor, Lead and Maglaj.
– We continue more powerful with the expansion of existing and construction of new business zones in Zenica – Doboj Canton. By expanding the capacity of existing business zones and by creating new ones, we create not only a favorable business environment, but also very specific foundations for the further development of our economy. ZDK is a leader in many areas of industrial production, we are the only one who have a positive foreign trade balance, we are export-oriented. The value added to us is created at each step, and our people are capable and enterprising and brightening the cheek throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina wherever they appear with their products and innovative solutions. I am glad that as a ministry we can be helpful and benefit from our businessmen and workers. Only with a strong economy, we can achieve economic independence, which is the basis for the strong state of Bosnia and Herzegovina – said Minister Sibonjic.
Projects covered this time are: “Zenica-south” – “Construction of the Circular Introom,” Majdan Polje “-” Road infrastructure “-” Road Lighting in the Zone “,” XP Žepče “-” Road infrastructure rehabilitation “,” Ularice-phase III “-” Construction of the road in the zone “,” Golubište-pilana-phase III “- Construction of travel infrastructure and hydroin in the zone”, “New Šeher-” land purchase for the construction of zone “.
The city of Zavidovići will invest the funds in the renovation of road infrastructure in the business zone “Industrial Fields”, one of the two zones in this city, and the establishment of the new business zone “Vozuća” was initiated.
– Unfortunately, this year we have not been applied with this project, given that the main project we will take advantage of the Government of the ZDK that we start to fill in our businessmen as soon as possible.
The city of Zenica funds will spend in the construction of a circular intersection of the “thermal” M-17, which will be the main entrance to Zenica South, while the Municipality of Usora will introduce the basic infrastructure in the new business zone “that should meet the end of the Zenica-Doboj highway.
– This program is in my opinion, one of the best programs for municipalities and our businessmen, and thus the entire canton, because this is direct investment in the creation of entrepreneurial zones where people are mostly and most quickly developed and clearly develops the economy. By joining the highway, our new business zone will become much more attractive – said Zvonimir Anđelić, Chief of Municipality of Usor.
