The Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy announced that it referred to the procedure for the bill on amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.
– The proposed changes are the result of the requirements of pensioners and the need to improve the stability and the fairness of the Federation of Pensions, the introduction of the length of the achieved working experience and the designation of the basis for certain fees from the pension and disability insurance systems. Also provides for adjusting deadlines and procedures for regular supporting mechanisms, strengthening the achieved pensions achieved, and the expansion of the fee of pensions and the people who have been borne by those expenses, and not only on the federal members. The Federal Minister of Labor and Social Policy Adnan Delic said the proposed amendments to the law be retained by existing rights acquired according to the applicable law, and at the same time improves the sustainability and fairness of the pension system for future generations.
– The proposed amendments to the law shall no one lose, nor will it be reduced by the right that has already acquired. Everything that has been taken place so far, so will stay. But what is our task is that for future generations we will decide the position and show that the work must be evaluated and that the Pension is the right to be acquired, and not through different statuses, merits or other mechanisms often addressed through the pension system. This strengthens the righteousness and sustainability of the system, and at the same time we protect the dignity of the current and future pensioners – said Minister Delic.
He added that this proposal is to continue the reform processes of the FBiH Government and the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, with the aim of strengthening the social security of pensioners and the long-term stability of the pension system, the FBiH Government has been announced.
