The State Court sentenced Marka Plavsic after signing a plea agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, a year in prison for the threats of the judge of that court, Seni Uzunović.
Plavsic was convicted because 25. February this year in Banja Luka, Milorad Dodik and Others, through the Social Network of the Court of BiH, to prevent Kosovo’s officials in the phase of public emergency and the publication of the judgment in a criminal case conducted before the Court of BiH.
It was sentenced to him in the legal minimum to interfere with the judiciary, and the individual said, Dalida Burzic stated that he was determined by the feasible circumstances – he was not previously judged and expressed at an early stage desire for an agreement, as well as remorse.
Plavsic is obliged to compensate for the cost of proceedings in the amount of 150 KM, and in the sentence, almost a month was included in custody.
Burzic said that people from judicial institutions must not be under pressure, and convicted that he hoped that something like this would not happen again.
“And I hope,” Plavsic replied.
“I’m sorry that this turned out, my intention wasn’t to threaten, but that’s how it turned out. He wouldn’t want him to go to custody, he passes through the newspaper,” he added.
This verdict is allowed to appeal to the circumstances of the cost of the proceedings.
The procedure was separated in relation to Vuković, which today declares the guilt before the Court of BiH. Both were arrested the day before the verdict of the former President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, reports BIRN BiH.
Dodik was sentenced to year in prison before the Court of BiH due to non-compliance with the decisions of the High Representative, as well as the prohibition of performing political function. He has ceased the mandate of the RS President of the Central Election Commission.
