The best scorer in the history of the American professional basketball league, Los Angeles Lakers winger LeBron James (41) will play for the 22nd time in his career at the “All-Star” game, which will be played on February 15 in Los Angeles.
Earlier this season, James was not selected to the starting five of the Western Conference, but was named among the seven reserves from his conference.
This year’s “All-Star” will be held in the new hall of the Los Angeles Clippers, the duel of the biggest stars will be played according to a new format in which three teams with eight players each participatetwo of the players from the USA and one of the players from the rest of the world. They will play each other for 12 minutes, and then the two teams with the best ratio will face each other in the final.
Interestingly, the Clippers, as hosts, will not have their own representative in the All-Star game.

The composition of the team will be known in Tuesday.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Doncic, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, Victor Wembanyama, Pascal Siakam, Deni Avdija and Jamal Murray should play for the World, while the two teams of US-born players will consist of the following players: Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson, Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Maxey, Scottie Barnes, Jalen Duren, Jalen Johnson, Donovan Mitchell, Norman Powell, Karl-Anthony Towns, Stephen Curry, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, Anthony Edwards, Chet Holmgren and LeBron James.
