From June 22 to 24, 2026, Maglaj will host the first level of the Controlling Academy — a certified program developed by Controller Akademie München. Since 1971, this institution has trained over 50,000 professionals and set the global benchmark in controlling education — a structured, practice-oriented methodology used today by leading companies around the world.
The program is implemented by Management Center Belgrade, partner of CA Munich since 2011, and Altinit. This cooperation enables the same program attended by financial professionals in Germany to be implemented in the region, in our language, adapted to the local business environment. The academy is held in the President & SPA Hotel Maglaj.

Who is the program intended for?
The Academy is designed for professionals in controlling, FP&A, finance, reporting, business analysis, accounting, performance management, and CFO and senior finance positions. At the same time, the program is also open to anyone who wants to step into this field — whether they are younger professionals building a career in finance, or individuals who want to expand their understanding of business management.
Program structure (5 levels)
The academy consists of five levels, and each level lasts three days. Participants can attend all levels or choose the ones that suit their current needs:

- Level 3 – Planning
- Level 4 – Psychology and reporting
- Level 5 – Teamwork and decision making
