Yesterday, JP “RAD” dd Tešanj signed a contract on the implementation of one of the largest individual projects for the reconstruction of the water supply network since the establishment of the company. It is about the restoration of the pipeline on the section from the reservoir “Krndija” to the relief chamber “Bukva”which will improve the safety and reliability of water supply in the Tešnja area.
The project envisages installation in total 1,631 meters of new pipeline of larger profilesnamely:
- DN 110 – 591 meters,
- DN 160 – 64 meters,
- DN 280 – 78 meters,
- DN 315 – 834 meters,
- DN 400 – 64 meters.
The works will be carried out along the approximately 980-meter-long trench route, and the deadline for their completion is the latest 150 days from the introduction of contractors into the business.
The value of the signed contract amounts to 582,270.66 KM with VATand after the public procurement procedure, a company was selected as the contractor VODO-INS doo Tuzlawhich has many years of experience in performing such works.
For the implementation of the project, JP “RAD” dd Tešanj ensured 135,000 KM funds from Fund for Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovinawhile the remaining part will be financed from the company’s own funds.
JP “RAD” points out that the implementation of this infrastructure project will reduce the risk of breakdowns, increase the reliability of the water supply system, and additionally strengthen one of its most important parts.
The company says that this project does not end investments in the water supply infrastructure, and they announce new projects that will continue the planned renovation and improvement of the water supply system in the area of the municipality of Tešanj.
