Dear families, friends and fans,
Today I want to share the news with all of you that this is My last year in professional Tennis career
My heart is a lot of gratitude for my tennis path that is headed in MedjugorjeWhere Uncle Barko, my first coach, taught love for tennis and sports until I win 7 Grand Slam Trophy, 24 ATP headings, medals in the Olympics and the unforgettable moment of conquering Davis Cup with the Croatian national team!
Special thanks, to you Dear fans from Medjugorje Where it all started, through Croatia and so all over the world. Your support was always a great motivation and wind in your back with my successes. From your heart thank you
Thanks mine teammates from the national teamwith whom I passed my most beautiful moments. Together as the team, we achieved a dream that we wanted to achieve all together, we won Davis Cup for our country Croatia.
Thank you all my partners and coaches who shaped me as a player. I would especially thank Uncle Zarkowho instilled in the passion for tennis, brother Mladen, who led me through the greatest victories with tireless devotion, Martin Štěpánek and Stjepan Medak, whose advice and support were key to my success, and everyone who made me better.
The biggest thank you are going my wife Maji – My greatest support, which was with me at all times, from the most difficult defeats to the biggest victories. I wouldn’t be here without her. Our beautiful children Peter and Joseph, who bring me joy every day. To my parents, who believed in me from the first day I took the racket into my hands. Brother Željko, who was always with me in the hardest moments, always believed in my success and was my great support, and the whole relatives, who celebrated every win as my own. Without you, none of this would be possible.
As I enjoy this last year on the ground, I’m looking forward to the new chapter – Menus role with the Croatian Davis Cup representation, where I will continue to share a passion for tennis and I hope to lead our team according to new successes! 🇭🇷
