The missile base was discovered by IRGC commander Hossein Salami and head of the aerospace sector Amir-Ali Hajizadeh, the IRGC-affiliated Tasnim news agency said.

According to the Tasnim report, the base was used in Iranian missile attacks on Israel in what Iran called True Promise 1 and True Promise 2 operations in April and October 2024.
“The volcano that lies beneath these mountains may erupt in the shortest possible time,” the state television report said.

Earlier in the day, Salami stated that Iran has more missiles than it can store, rejecting what he called enemy propaganda about the weakening of Iran’s armed forces after successive Israeli attacks on Iran and its allies, reports Index.hr.
