Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Israel tried to kill him during the meeting the bombing area in which he was.
“Yes, they tried, but they failed,” said Pezeshkian in an interview for the American journalist Tucker Carlson, in one of his first weeks with Western media after the recent 12-day war between Iran and Israel.

He also said that Iran has no problem with the return to negotiate a nuclear program, but that the condition is re-establishing confidence in the United States.
He also denied Iran behind any assassination attempts at Donald Trump.
