Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched missiles and drones at US military targets in the Middle East early this morning.
Tehran described the strike as retaliation for previous US attacks on Iran, which were in response to the recent downing of a US military helicopter.
Webcam footage, whose location has been verified and confirmed by CNN, reportedly shows the moment of a powerful flash coming from the direction of the US Fifth Fleet military base in Manama, the capital of Bahrain.

The video was recorded by an EarthTV system surveillance camera, located approximately 5.6 kilometers northeast of the US military complex.
According to the time stamp on the video, the flash occurred just three minutes after Bahraini officials announced that air raid sirens had sounded.

Meanwhile, Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior reported that sirens had sounded again in the area.
