The municipality of Doboj Jug invites young people from the area of this local community to apply to public advertisement for recruitment of police officers in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. The ad is open 30 days from October 8, 2025and all registered candidates will go through a transparent selection process that includes knowledge tests and physical fitness check.
This invitation to young people was addressed during the meeting on Friday, October 17, 2025held municipal mayor Mirnes Tukić with Chief of the Tešanj Police Administration, Nijaz Klinčević and by the commander of the Doboj Jug Police Station, Amir Srkalovićwho recently took over as commander.
The meeting discussed about the security situation in the municipalityprevious cooperation and plans for further improvement of the video surveillance system and modernization of police work. Special emphasis is placed on the need to strengthen the personnel of the police and inclusion of young people in the security system.
“We invite all young people from Doboj Jug who are ready to do a responsible and honorable job as a police officer to apply for the competition. In doing so, they not only start a professional career, but actively contribute to the safety and development of their community,” said the Municipality of Doboj Jug.
The ZDK police administration points out that the entire selection process will be completely transparentwith media and video monitoring of the testing, to ensure fair and open selection of candidates.
