The industry of the future must be the industry of cooperation, innovation and empathy, in which a person remains in the very center of the production process. This was prominently at the International Conference “Industry Future – from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0: Integration of man and technology”, which today began at the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The two-day conference gathered eminent experts from the country and the world, representatives of the academic community, economy and institutions, with the aim of seeing the role of new technologies – from artificial intelligence and robotics, to biotechnology and green technologies – in the development of society and the economy. Special emphasis was placed on the transformation of industrial processes in which technology does not replace the human, but creates a new synergy between man and the machine.
“The aim of our conference is to gather eminent experts from the Institute, Faculty and Economy, which is in the center of industry 4.0 and the industry 5.0 returns a man in the process and builds synergies. No production process function without man. Our The task is to educate people, to learn to accept new technologies, work easier and smarter, earning more and live in a healthier environment, “prof. dr. It was concluded that the humanology humanization is the key goal of the future industry development, with the education and development of digital competencies represent the foundation of each transition. The need for sustainability and green technologies is emphasized to be an integral part of industrial policy, and that data security, ethical accountability and algorithm transparency be basic prerequisites in new technologies. Participants also pointed out the importance of small and medium enterprises in digital transformation, and the importance of regional and international cooperation for the exchange of knowledge and standardization of the process. It was concluded that the industry of the future must be inclusive and sustainable, which is a joint message addressed to the Ministries, the academic community and politicians.
