Authorized officials of the Indirect Taxation (UIO) from RC Tuzla, during July performed temporary and permanent confiscation of a larger amount of various goods, including funds for potency, cigarettes, tobacco and textiles.
Within the operational action “Market 2”, which the ITA was implemented on the territory of the BiH to detect illegal traffic to Tuzla and tobacco in the area of RC Tuzla and the greater amount of excise products and the goods of foreign origin for which it was required by law prescribed Documentation, and was not marked in the legally prescribed manner. It is 6,870 packs of various types of cigarettes, 54 kg of finely cut tobacco, and 1,750 pieces of “Kamagra” and 240 pieces of “Macun”, said in a statement from the Indirect Taxation of BiH.
Based on the submitted intelligence information on smuggled goods, in the two independent entrepreneurs from the RC Tuzla, the origin of the goods were performed, and the Temporary amount of goods of foreign origin (1,423 pieces of T-shirts, trainers and dresses were found.
The total value of confiscated goods in these operational actions is about 121,000.00 KM, while the facts of identified illegality were undertaken by law prescribed measures and actions in terms of finest sentences of 14,000 KM, it was announced.
