Governor Texas Greg Abbott said the state provides “all the necessary resources for Kerrville, Ingram, Hunt and the entire area of Texas Hill Country facing this devastating flood”.
The area affected by the floods is located northwest of the city of San Antonio. The footage from the field shows the torrents that flooded bridges and roads, with water quickly moving and carries everything in front of them.
The exact number of dead and missing is still not officially confirmed.

The Sheriff’s Kerr County Office described the event as a “catastrophic flood” and confirmed that there were killed. The citizens living near the stream, river flows and the Guadalupe River is advised to immediately prone to a higher terrain.
