The Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA) has improved its mobile application e-IDDEEA, making it easier for citizens to manage personal documents and motor vehicles. The new version of the application 1.1.1 is available on all mobile platforms (App Store, Google Play, App Gallery) and allows checking the expiration date of personal documents (identity cards, passports, driver’s licenses), vehicle registration and the status of unpaid traffic fines.
Users can also use additional services such as:
- checking fines and penalty points,
- records of registered vehicles,
- review of personal documents in electronic form,
- use of a qualified electronic signature.
To use the application, you need to register in one of the RA offices of IDDEEA (Sarajevo, Bihać, Bijeljina, Banja Luka or Mostar), with a valid ID card or passport, and registration is free. After registration, users via the application and e-mail receive notifications about committed violations, reminders about the expiration of vehicle registration and other information related to personal documents and vehicles.
IDDEEA also issues a qualified electronic signature free of charge, which is used exclusively to access the e-IDDEEA application, while access to the electronic services of other authorized issuers requires their own electronic signature.
