Police Officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), in the border crossing, Bosnian Gradiška, took over a four pounding motor vehicle, which is an outcome of the narcotics heroin and about 30 grams of powdered matter that associates the narcotics of cocaine.
Two people were arrested, foreign nationals, due to the basis of suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of “unauthorized traffic of the narcotics”, prescribed by the criminal law of BiH, which will be handed over to the criminal proceedings and tests in further jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
– During the search, two mobile phones and a passenger motor vehicle were taken. The field activities were conducted in cooperation with the police officers of the BiH Border Police and the Ministry of the Interior of the Republika Srpska. The operational action “M16” is the result of multi-month cooperation with partner agencies in the region and Europe – the SIPA statement said.
The Agency continues to work on determining all the facts regarding the above crime, as well as work on preventing all forms of crime, with a special emphasis on unevocial in-time drugs.
The action was conducted by the order of the Court of BiH and under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the SIPA said.
