The new electricity account with a block of tariffs in one place shows how your monthly consumption is distributed into blocks and then divided into higher VT and smaller MT tariffs, all according to the rule of proportional distribution.
Block boundaries are set up for an accounting period of 30 days, the first threshold is 350 kWh to move from green in the blue block, the second threshold is 1000 kWh to enter the red block. If your accounting period is shorter or longer than 30 days, these thresholds change the proportionate length of the period, so the boundaries automatically adapter the actual number of time of the calculation.
The new account will be announced total monthly consumption, and then arranged in the green, blue or red block. Only afterwards, within each block, the same ratio of VT and MT that you have in total consumption is retained. If you achieved 60 percent of the consumption in VT and 40 percent in MT, the same ratio will be applied in each individual block. Therefore, blocks cannot be avoided by transferring spending in cheaper hours, as the collective amount of electricity is calculated.
The reason for the use of MT terms still exists, the price of the MT Killatata is lower than the VT prices, and households that most of the consumption generate at night and weekend less, although the schedule per blocks is determined on the basis of total consumption. This is exactly the structured new electricity bill with block tariffs, which clearly shows the blocks and shares of VT and MT within them.
