FK Željezničar has published a new statement, this time about the (non)arrival of fans at the derby in Koševo.
After a draw and a goliath in the match with Široki Brijeg, the club from Grbavica expects a city derby against FK Sarajevo. The match will be played on Sunday at 1 pm, but the guests will not have the support of their most ardent fans. The club also announced the reason for that.

FK Željezničar informs the entire public about the decision of FK Sarajevo which is contrary to the Rulebook on Security of the NS/FS of BiH.
Namely, FK Sarajevo has secured for the upcoming derby 1,500 tickets at a price of 20 KM intended for fans of FK Željezničar. Such a decision is not in accordance with the Rulebook on security at NS/FS BiH matches.
According to Article 10 of this Rulebook, the club-organizer of the match is obliged, at the request of the visiting club, ensure at least 5% of the total capacity of the stadium, in a separate and safe zone intended exclusively for visiting fans.
If the separate zone occupies more than 5% of the capacity, the host is obliged to make that larger number of places available.
Bearing in mind the capacity of the Koševo stadium, FK Sarajevo is obliged to provide a complete south stand for the fans of FK Željezničar because it is physically separated from the east and west stands.
Article 15 of the Regulations clearly states that, unless the clubs agree otherwise, the price of tickets for away fans must not be higher than the price of tickets of the same or similar quality which are sold to home fans. FK Sarajevo has announced ticket prices for the other stands: north 8 KM, east 12 KM, west 15 KM.
It is generally known that the southern stand is of the same or similar quality as the other stands, which is why the price of 20 KM for the southern stand is in contradiction with the rules of NS/FS BiH.
After discussions with the representatives of the FK Željezničar – The Maniacs Fan Association, the joint decision is that they will FK Željezničar return tickets to FK Sarajevo and that our fans will not attend Sunday’s derby.
On this occasion, we confirm that it is The club sent an official letter to the Competition Disciplinary Committee of NS/FS BiHand in connection with FK Sarajevo’s actions contrary to the rules of the NS/FS of BiH.
Considering that FK Sarajevo also had such an omission in 2023, and subsequently after the decision of the Competition Committee delivered a certain number of ticketswe expect an adequate reaction due to repeated violations, it is stated in the announcement of FK Željezničar.
