The International Football Federation (FIFA) has banned Belgrade’s Partizan from making transfers until the summer of 2027, Serbian media reports.
As it is unofficially known, Partizan was suspended due to outstanding obligations to Zelenorta midfielder Patrik Andrade (32).
It is a Belgrade club lost the case before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, which exhausted all legal remedies.
Partizan allegedly must pay the player 1.3 million euroswhich he has not done so far.
If the debt is resolved by January 15, when UEFA will review the entire situation, the “black and white” could receive a license to play in European Cups in the 2026/2027 season.
Andrade wore the Partizan jersey from July 2022 to the summer of 2023, and during one season he made 26 appearances, scored two goals and added three assists.
Partizan currently leads the standings with 46 points, four more than Red Star.

Regarding the information about suspension of registration of new players issued by the International Football Federation (FIFA), FK Partizan informs the public of the following:
FC Partizan was informed of FIFA’s decision two months ago, at the moment when the dispute in question was officially ended. It is an administrative measure that results from a procedure related to previously assumed contractual obligations from the previous period.
In this context, FK Partizan reminds that it is a player Patrick Andrade performed for the club in the period from summer 2022 to summer 2023.
The club emphasizes that the said suspension does not refer to the competitive status of FK Partizan, nor does it affect the team’s participation in the domestic competition.
We inform the public that it is Fr temporary measure and that the club continues with normal functioning. The suspension is in effect until the payment of the debt due to the mentioned player, and it will be lifted when the said debt is settled, which will happen before the winter transfer window, which will allow the registration of new players to continue, it is stated in the press release.
