The Handball Court sentenced a fine to the Lithuanian Handball Alliance after the European Handball Championship for Girls up to 19 years in Montenegro this July.
During the first two matches of the women’s handball championships until 19 years, the Lithuanian national team played without a name on the back of jerseys.
Therefore, the Handball Court sentenced a fine of 5,000 euros. Half of the penalty was imposed on a parole basis.
The appeal can be submitted to the EHF Appellate Court within 7 days, the EHF said.
