The Court of Appeals of the Court of BiH has adopted a verdict confirming the Trial Judgment of Milorad Dodik.
The decision was adopted by the Trial Chamber of the Court of the Court of BiH – Amela Huskić, as a rapporteur, and Vesna Jasenković and Hilmo Vučinić, reports report.
Dodik was convicted 26. February for non-execution of the High Representative’s decisions and his sentence sentenced him to the prohibition of the President of the RS for six years from the day of the verdict.

KPC, which is why he was sentenced to 1 (one) prison sentence. Pursuant to Article 203, paragraph 4. KZBiH, in connection with Article 73. KCCiH, the Prohibition of the President of the Republika Srpska was also sentenced to the time spent on the end of the prison sentence at the time of this security measure.
Contrary to the above, the Accused Lukić was acquitted by the quoted trials described in the acquittal of the pronouncement of the High Representative referred to in Article 203, paragraphs of Article 54. of the same law.
