– It’s been a long time, maybe they tested us to give up, but we say that option is out of the question. The only way to solve the problem of leaving a doctor from the state and dissatisfaction in healthcare is the uniformity of wages to doctors and dentists. We considered and we will always consider the Federal Government responsible for the situation in the FBiH in all areas and in health care. All 10 cantons are part of the Federation and the Government is in charge of taking care of everyone. Let us show us that they are here to solve problems, not to delay them. Let them sit with us to find a solution that will be on mutual satisfaction – Berberović pointed out.
Prim. dr. Izet Hočko, President of the Sarajevo Canton and Dentistry, says “that the competent need to create a minimum of rights that would be valid for the entire FBiH”.
– We can’t talk about paying salaries to all the doctors and dentists in the Federation should be the same. The Federal Government and the relevant ministry should create a minimum below which it cannot go. We expect that that it will be resolved by a federal collective agreement for doctors of medicine and dentistry. We expect that in the coming period, there will be positive displacements in that part and that this issue will be resolved to finally – adds Hočko.
