Amendments relate to the term and status of parents caregivers, then the conditions for recognizing the status, as well as the reasons for the non-recognition of that status. They also relate to the termination of the status and initiating the procedure for recognizing the status of parents caregivers, and on the records of the person recognized by this status.
“Among other things, one of the amendments relate to the category of relatives, which may acquire a caregiver’s parent’s status, and the relatives of the Carebini. Also, a joint household is defined as a condition for acquiring status. In addition to That, the extramarital community is equalized with the marital, and the parent’s proposed status may acquire those parents whose children are in the education system regarding the number of hours spent in the educational or preschool institution, “FBiH government said.
The proposer in the explanation states that in terms of fiscal effects that amendments to the Law on Parents to caregivers will be needed by the budget of the Federation of BiH to ensure additional funds.
It is clarified that the reason for this increase is new, enlarged, the amount of the lowest salary for 2025. year that has been increased by 1,000 KM so far, which has automatically occurred to parents to caregivers that are recognized precisely in the amount of the specified salary.
As a second reason, the proposed amendments to the number of benefits of this fee will be abolished as the cause of the disability, which has been introduced by spouses as a new category, and the restriction for children staying in educational preschool institutions more than four hours, writes Clix.
