Mathias Gidsel with 7 goals, without a miss, led his national team to victory, while the Icelanders’ first scorer was Janus Dadi Smrason with 8 goals.
On Sunday, the Danes will have the opportunity to become the second national team that managed to hold the European, world and Olympic titles at the same time. Earlier, France managed to do the same, and on two occasions.
