The rush of the season was worse in these countries and it was just pouring into Neum. – We somehow arrived this season to an end, but next we must start importing the workforce from distant countries. Our domestic workforce, which is a spine and support of each hotel, where people do a fantastic job, unfortunately, in years and goes retirement or leave in the next year. We in our pool and our canton have a sufficient number of qualified workforce. Our region is specific. We have that Mostar, Medjugorje, Blidinje, Neum … All of these tourist destinations and there are not two or three months, for six to 12 months. Simply, we cannot find a quality number of workers in our canton, but neither in the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We have season coming from Bosnia and who are excellent workers and return from year to year, but not all such. I think we have exhausted that pool and that we will have to turn to the import of workers from distant countries, as they do in other destinations in the region.
