Edin Avdić is probably the best connoisseur of basketball in this region and has been working for Arena Sport in Serbia for a decade and a half.
However, the Bosnian-Herzegovinian commentator has been absent from the commentary position for some time – more precisely, he was removed from commentating on matches ABA league, Euroleague and NBA league in Serbia.
As a reason for possible removal his comments about KK Crvena Zvezda are mentioneda club known as a favorite of the Serbian regime headed by Aleksandar Vučić. Crvena zvezda is doing well in the Euroleague this season and is close to the play-offs, but Avdić underestimated the red and whites in his comments.
