Representatives of the independent union of officials and employees in Bosnia and Herzegovina’s institutions should submit a criminal complaint against the entire Council of Ministers and the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the inconsistency of the budget.
They also supported the Udds Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies and the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Earlier, they submitted their application to SIPA unions, the Directorate for Indirect Taxation and Office Service with Strangers. They are all unique attitude, this is the only way to handle their rights, reports BHRT.
Employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina The salary basis should have been increased by 31 marks. Those with a medium professional whose salary is a little larger than 700 marks they were supposed to receive an additional 130. But it will not, because the state budget was not adopted. About 26 million marks intended for employees in state institutions will be, as they claim in trade unions, divided by the will of state ministers.

Therefore, two criminal charges were submitted. The first against Chairman Borjana Krišto, Finance Minister Srdjan Amidžić and all three members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Because we believe that collective responsibility does not exist, a specific culprit should be found for all this,” says Kahrimanovic.
The second application is focused against the complete Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and members of the Presidency.
“We have applied the application against all, so the Prosecution decides what needs to be further,” says Radenko Mirkovic from the independent union of officials and employees in BiH institutions.
The budget proposal for some time has been circulating between the Presidency, the Council of Ministers and the BiH Parliament. Everyone claims to have completed their job.
Amra Vrabac, a journalist who accompanies the work of institutions, believes that the reaction of the union is justified due to this position.
“Employees did not have a second option to appeal to government, except for the Council of Ministers. It is not true that the budget is to be adopted 15. October, they have already announced that they would not withdraw the budget, and SNSD would not vote for Care, “Explains the sparrow.
