The deciding goal was scored by Anes Mašić at the very end of the game, in the 93rd minute, bringing Zenica into the top 16 teams in this competition.
The match started a bit more cautiously on both sides. Posusje threatened first, taking two corners and shooting over Čamber, but goalkeeper Čulov surely reacted. Čelik retaliated in the 25th minute when Mašić had a great opportunity, but his shot was brilliantly saved by goalkeeper Soldo.
By the end of the first half, the home team had more of a game, but without concrete realization, so we went to the break without scoring. More excitement was seen in the sequel — Mašetić headed a little over the goal in the 55th minute, while on the other side Raužan threatened on two occasions, but without success.
The key moment happened in stoppage time, when Anes Mašić, after a great breakthrough through Posušje’s defense, beat Solda with a precise shot and brought Čelik a big celebration.
The team from Zenica thus won a place in the round of 16 of the BiH Cup, while the team from Posušje ends this year’s performance in the largest domestic football competition.
