The Central Election Commission reminds that the BiH High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina received a series of new jurisdiction among which a very complex job of introducing specific election technologies in the election process in BiH, there are no systematized jobs.
Due to the large volume of work and lack of human resources, as adds, the Central Election Commission of BiH is often unable to conduct all the legally prescribed tasks and tasks.
