Cantonal Court in Tuzla in a repeated criminal proceedings against Damir Mehic “Bibija”, and dried and publicly published the indictee apparitioned by the indictment to commit the criminal offense, the criminal offense, murder and attempted murder.
The Court told the accused for the above crimes sentenced to the prison:
-Damiru Mehić “Bibiju” for criminal offenses Participation in the group of people who commit a criminal offense, murder and attempted murder, a unique prison sentence of 16 years and 6 months
-Amiru lisičić for criminal offenses of murder and two attempts of murder, a unique prison sentence of 15 years
-Amiru Mehic for criminal offenses participation in a group of people who commit a criminal offense, murder and attempted murder, a unique imprisonment of 10 years and 9 months in prison
-Mersed Mehanović for the criminal offense Participation in the group of people who commit a criminal offense of prison sentence of 4 months
-Denisu Rahmanovic for the criminal offense participating in a group of people who commits a criminal offense of imprisonment for 10 months.
This verdict according to the accused Damir Mehic refuses the prosecution of the criminal offense of his arms and explosives, and according to the accused Amir Lisičić to participate in the group of people who commit a criminal offense.
The accused were found guilty of being on June 22, 2013. In the center of Tuzla, the actions described in detail in the Sergeant of the verdict, armed as a group committed the criminal offense of the murder of Emir Ginic, and the attempted murder of Amir and Nails Hodžić.
We remind you, the conviction of the Cantonal Court’s Trial Judgment in Tuzla from 14.02.2023. The decision of the Supreme Court of FBiH was abolished from 21.08.2024. years, and a re-trial was held before the Cantonal Court in Tuzla, after which the said verdict was made.
After the verdict, the accused Damir Mehic and Amir Lisičić was extended by detention that may last for the longest nine months, counting from the date of sentencing to the sentence of imprisonment.
The Court also published a decision, which according to the accused Amir Mehić, was the prohibition of travel outside BiH.
This verdict is not final, because the parties have the right to appeal to the same.
