After a four-month export ban due to the outbreak of bird flu, Bosnia and Herzegovina is once again exporting chicken meat to the European Union. Although the ban lasted much longer than expected, the poultry sector readily welcomed its lifting.

Cooperator Nikola Gudalović from Sitneš, which produces about 35,000 chickens in one round, will realize five instead of the planned six rounds this year due to extended fattening.
