They have one a long streak without a win and they certainly wanted to win this game. I am happy because we in in the last five games we have only one defeat. We have collected some points, we are in that connection… As it looked at the beginning of the season, everyone expected that the difference would be much bigger, that we would not be able to connect, but we succeeded and that makes me happy, Basic told the gathered journalists.

Bašić also announced some changes in the playing staff during the break, and he also praised the move of the club he appointed Ivan Krstanović the new advisor for sports policy and player transfers of HSK Posušje.
I personally welcome that move and I think that Ivan Krstanović can help us a lot so that I happy cooperation with him because we have known each other for a very long time. Surely that will enable us to be even better in scouting and bringing in players, which we desperately need. We already are started talking to certain players which we count on in the spring part, for certain ones we will look for some mechanisms to help them. On the other hand, we already are far gone in the negotiations with certain positions and certain players that we need. We know where we need to strengthen and we plan to bring in players who will directly be, that is, they should be really reinforcements because in that way this group that we have here will certainly be better and of better quality. I am convinced that we will be better. We’ve been picking up in the last five rounds, but we’ll benefit from the preparation to be able to bring in new players with this here, it’ll come back injured which we missed today and I am convinced and I assure the fans and the public and everyone – The drought will be saved, said Basic.
The head of the Širokobriježan profession, Dean Klafurić, said that it was 1:1 realistic result at the end.
Poor match in terms of creativity and created chances in the attack phase in both teams. We are off to a good start. We took the lead, we had some dangerous situations in front of the Posušje goal. We used that transition game today, that space, a little better in the beginning and we were 1:0 one hundred percent chance after a corner for us. We didn’t take advantage of that and in the end Posusje deservedly equalized and it’s a realistic result based on the game shown. We accepted Posušje’s way of playing, they managed it better, however, without concrete chances from both sides until the end of the game and that resulted in the end with 1:1, said Klafuric after the match.
