Six injured are in critical condition.
The flames quickly spread across the estate’s bamboo scaffolding to all eight blocks in the Tai Po estate.
The eight blocks of Wang Fuk Court include more than 1,900 apartments.

The fire department raised the fire alarm to the highest level.
According to the police, several other people are still trapped in the building where the fire broke out.
Rescue operations are continuing.
