In the blue salon at the Grbavica Stadium, a regular session of the Assembly of the Football Club, on which delegates, in addition to accepting the remediation of the President of the Assembly, actively discussed the Club’s current situation and plans for the future.
After the adoption of the agenda and the minutes from the previous session, a point was followed by the election of the new President of the Assembly. The delegates received the resignation of the President of the President, the EDIN CERNICE, and since the mandate of the current conviction expires in September no new President of the Assembly. The club thanks to the engagement in the past period to the President EDINA.
After that, the financial statement was adopted for 2024. year, as well as the financial plan for 2026. year. In the following points of the agenda, reports on the work of the Management and Supervisory Board were discussed. Members of these committees, Admir Tunović, Almir Hadžiosmanović, Stanislav Ćubela, Jusuf Tanović and Borislav Goić, presented work and achievements in the past.
The representative of the Statute Amendment Commission, Nihad Odobašić, presented the proposal of the new Statute. After the discussion, it was agreed that Delegates would give their comments in the next 15 days, and that a new session will be organized within a month where a new statute will be adopted.
The mandate of the current convening convenience expires in September. According to the Statute, all members will be right to run, and the Commission, consisting of the Management Board, the Vice-President of the Assembly and the three delegates from the current convenience, will be responsible for the selection of new delegates. At tonight’s session, three delegates were selected, Mirza Trhulj, Dino Halilović Amer Duvnjak who will do this commission. The club will inform its members in a timely manner about the entire candidacy process for the Assembly.
