The highway of the Federation of BiH published the tender for the procurement of consulting supervision services over the construction of the highway on the Corridor VC, the subjection of the crowns, writes Akta.ba.
The value of the surveillance contract is estimated at 4.7 million euros without VAT. The project will be funded from the loan of the European Investment Bank (EIB) and the Grants of the Western Balkans Investment Fund (WBIF).
The role of the consultant and selection criteria
The selected consultant will play the supervisory body in accordance with the laws of the Federation of BiH and will perform the “Engineer” function according to FIDIC rules. The envisaged duration of the contract is 24 months.
The selection criteria include at least 50 permanent transport experts in the field of traffic infrastructure in the last three years (of which the average turnover of 2.7m euros in the period 2022-2024, and the experience of the construction of larger highways or fast roads of the individual value of 3.7m euros. The decision will be made on the basis of a combination of technical and financial criteria.
According to the documentation, the bids are submitted exclusively in writing, in English, no later than 10. November 2025. in 11 hours. Public opening is scheduled on the same day at the FBiH motorway headquarters in Mostar, while electronic surrender of bids are not provided.
Subdivision
Recall, the sub-village of omice-spikes is 12 kilometers long and is the last share in the northern part of the corridor Vc. At the route is the planned building nine bridges with a total length of 4,333 meters and five tunnels long 5.677 meters. The estimated value of the works on the entire section is about 300m euros, and the deadline for construction is 24 months.

“For the subdivision of crowns – spaced at the end of last year, the tender for the election of supervision consultants was announced, however, the works are still pending.”
The surveillance selection procedure has been passing repetitions for years – from announcing tenders, through amendments to undo. The last tender was annulled in May this year.
