The Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina advertised in connection with the media writes that the Agency “exports” or “emphasize” workforce from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Workers abroad through international treaties concluded by Bosnia and Herzegovina with other countries, and aiming to enable legal and regulated employment and protection of workers. These contracts are added, basic instruments for safety and protection of workers at work abroad.
– Thanks to employment agreements, and our role in the implementation of the Agreement, we did not have cases of scams in advancement abroad. Also, employment agreements give us the opportunity to respond in cases if there is a violation of the employment contracts and the rights of our workers, which is the BiH Agency and Employment Agency for the protection of workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Slovenia.
In addition to the safety and protection of our employees, employment agreements provide us with monitoring and managing labor migration. In this way, we mediate in employment only those profiles that are numerous on the unemployed records in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In doing so, data from the records of the unemployed persons who regularly submit to us by the Employment of both entities and the Brčko District of BiH regularly. Also, thanks to our role, all workers who go abroad through interstate agreements are neatly unsubscribed by the records of the unemployed persons – they stated.
