Speaking to Russian media shortly after the meeting ended, the Russian foreign policy adviser said there was still “no compromise version” of the plan for Ukraine.
He adds that some American proposals are acceptable to Russia, but others are not.
Ushakov says that territorial concessions of Ukraine were also discussed, as well as economic cooperation between Russia and the USA.
He adds that Russia, along with the 28-point plan, received four more documents, and that Russia and the US agreed not to publish additional details of the talks.
