Earthquake magnitude five degrees per Richter’s skali hit Tibet, the China Earthquake Center (CENC) announced.
The epicenter was in the Nagchu area, in the north of Tibet, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) said the earthquake had a magnitude of 5.1 with an epicenter at a depth of 35 kilometers and a distance of 346 kilometers from the city of Nagchu.
For now, there is no information about possible victims or material damage.
