A fierce fight broke out in the parking lot of a supermarket in Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol, which escalated to the extent that a 74-year-old citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina was seriously injured.
Thanks to witness statements, the suspect was identified.
The incident happened two days ago, around 1 pm.
A physical confrontation took place in the parking lot of a grocery store in Hetting district, during which a 74-year-old man was injured. The identity of the bully was initially unknown, but was soon revealed.
The police then issued an appeal for witnesses to the event.
The suspect was identified based on witness statements and a photograph. “It is about a 48-year-old local man who has been identified as a suspect,” the police announced the day before yesterday.
After the completion of the investigation, the report will be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Innsbruck.
