Yesterday, yesterday there was an interference with the conduct of court execution and on the attack on the Judicial Police officer, which during the Judicial Police, the Court Police Center in Tuzla Canton was applied severe physical injury.
As they said from the Court Police of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the mentioned incident occurred in the order of the Municipal Court in Živinice Court (number 33 0. May 2025) for the assistance to the judicial executor of the same court.
“From the executive of HH from Živinica, there was a physical attack on the applicant of the MH execution from Živinice, that during the overcoming of the executors of HH and a third party, the Judicial Police officer”, said from the FBiH Court Police.
The intervention of the judicial police officer, which also implied the use of coercion, is overcome by the resistance of HH and MH and are placed under the control of the judicial police officer, after which he continued with the implementation of court execution on site.
Police station Živinice, as well as the Health Health Center, Živinica, in order to provide the necessary medical assistance to injured persons, and after the conducted casually, the injured police officer, a serious body injury were immediately notified.
After the documentation of the event, persons with the initials of HH and MH were submitted to the Police Officers of the Police Department of the Ministry of the Ministry of the Tuzla Canton to take measures and actions in question, and the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Tuzla Canton was informed.
