Almost 45 percent of the consumer reported that they were deceived over the Internet, while many consumers experience unfair practices.
As much as 38 percent of the citizens of the European Union (EU) are concerned that they will not be able to pay the bills, while 35 percent fear that they will not be able to afford their favorite food, the World Consumer Rights Day has shown to be investigated.
The report published by the European Commission (EC) was that 74 percent of respondents said that the product packaging was reduced, and 52 percent believe that the goods of lower quality, and without change in price.

When it comes to online purchases, EU citizens have 60 percent higher chances of experiencing problems than they have purchased the same products in stores, research has shown, banker reports.
For example, 26 percent of people said that it came to the problems in buying online and that they thought they had legitimate appeal reasons, compared to 16 percent of consumers in stores.
At the same time, the examination states that the trend of purchasing online and now 76 percent of all purchases are performed via the Internet.
In addition, 93 percent of the online customers expressed concerns about personalized advertising, 71 percent feared their data without consent, 63 percent contribute to personalization, and 67 percent expressed concern about excessive advertising.
