At the trial of the former director of the Intelligence-Security Agency (Osa) Osman Mehmedagić, the accused of abuse of position, witnessed the State Prosecutor’s Office he carried cases for Denis Prcic, director of the American University of Tuzla.
Kenan Đuderija, witness, stated that the cases were transported several times and that Prcic had never explained his transcript reason. “Denis didn’t tell me why I transport those things or had some problems. For each transport he paid me neatly,” Djuderija said.
The Prosecution reminded the witness to the earlier declaration in which he mentioned that he learned that the problems of Prcic, and that he mentioned them himself through the media. The divider replied that he did not remember that he said something like that.
According to him, objects like computers and school boards were transported, and one of the destinations was a cottage to Asim Crnalić, who previously testified in this case. Also, the witness stated that he once asked for once upon a time to cover the license plates of the vehicle while transporting things from Tuzla, which divided the belly.
Mehmedagića is charged that since 2019. until 2023. performed the duty of the OSA directors without the prescribed high professional preparation, after being annulled by the Faculty of Business Studies in Banja Luka. During that period, as the indictment cited, the abuse of position has achieved personal income in the total amount of 293,000 marks.
Employees of the BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs also testified at the trial. Bojan Matovic said that in July 2021. he received international legal aid intended for Mehmedagic, he took to the cabinet where the reception was signed by Denis Hadžović. The document is shown to the Court.
Aleksandar Ostojić, also the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in charge of documentation with the label “Secretly”, said that several years later stated that the document from July 2021. did not physically exist in the building. Asked the defense attorney of the shadow of the foot whether it happened that the documents lost, Ostojić answered the confirmation.
The trial is due to continue for 28. October.
