The European Court of Human Rights received the appeals of the former Prime Minister FBiH Fadil Novalić and the former director of the Federal Administration of Civil Protection Fahrudin Solak. In the appeals, they are claimed to have been violated the right to a fair trial, the European Court of the US is looking for answers to the questions, and the decision is expected by the end of the year.
