Milorad Dodik has lost numerous constitutional and legal powers and competencies on the termination of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina on termination of the mandate.
Thus, Dodik can no longer represent the entity of the Republika Srpska.
No official in BiH can communicate with Dodik in the capacity of the RS President, because he has lost that function, the Court of BiH confirmed the Trial Decision of the Central Election Commission of BiH with which the mandate ceased.
Neither Dodik can propose a candidate for the RS National Assembly for the Prime Minister, although he made Radovan Višković on resignation.
By the way, the RS entity president proposes a candidate for the Prime Minister within ten days from the day of adoption. However, the Head of the SNSD is no longer there, so Višković’s successor, of course, if there is a reconstruction of the RS government, formally propose someone else.
