The minimum salary at the national level is legally determined in 22 out of the 27 countries in the European Union, and the exception is Denmark, Italy, Austria, Finland and Sweden.
According to data for January, the minimum salary of 1,000 euros per month is registered in 10 countries.
In addition to Bulgaria, they are Hungary 707 euros, Latvia 740 euros, Romania 814 euros, Czech Republic 826 euros, Estonia 886 euros, Malta 961 euro, Greece 968 euros and Croatia 970 euros.
