This person is suspected of committing a criminal offense, “unauthorized holding of weapons or explosives” referred to in Article 371. Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the search, the greater amount of weapons and explosives were found.
The person deprived of liberty was conducted in the Official Processing of the Capljina Police Administration, which will further decide the prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Herzegovina Neretva Canton.
