In accordance with the binding agreement between the holders of management rights, Ismir Mirvić will take over full management (voting) rights in FK Sarajevo. Formal confirmation of this change will be adopted at the Club Assembly, which will be convened during January 2026, while the change will take effect immediately.
This transition was carried out in an orderly and planned manner and ensures continuity in the management of the Club, its daily functioning and long-term strategic orientation.
“My return to the Club was driven by a deep personal passion for FK Sarajevo and the city of Sarajevo, but also, which was crucial, by the need to stabilize and protect the Club in a period of significant financial difficulties inherited from the previous period of management. The decision to transfer my management and voting rights to Mr. Ismir Mirvić was made through a joint, clear and orderly agreement between the equal holders of those rights. This decision does not represent a withdrawal from responsibility, but through an assessment that the Club will be more successfully managed in the coming period.” unique management structure.
