The team of the Vijesti.ba portal attended this concert, which marked the festive season in a solemn and dignified way and completed the spiritual life of the city.
The concert brought together numerous visitors who had the opportunity to enjoy a rich and carefully prepared musical program, performed in a space that, with its acoustics and ambience, further emphasizes the power and emotion of choral singing.
The choir was led by the conductor Sergej Vranjin, who managed to harmonize the voices and deliver a harmonious interpretation of Christmas compositions by confidently and precisely leading the ensemble.
Elena Ćurić and Ana Ivana Ćurić performed as soloists, whose performances were marked by expressive interpretation and warmth of voice. Musical accompaniment on the organ was performed by Luka Govedarica and Daniel Leš, while Milkica Marjanović gave a special touch to the evening’s recitals.
The choir consisted of singers divided into four voice sections. Sopranos were Elena Ćurić, Borjana Mikavica, Sofija Tepić and Milica Damjanac, while Milkica Marjanović, Tatjana Mirnić, Helena Vulin, Tamara Jovičić and Teodora Dukić sang in the alto. The tenor part was performed by Stefan Lopandić, Luka Govedarica and Danilo Grujić, and the bass was represented by Marko Milinković, Filip Radić and Ognjen Babić.
The first Christmas concert of the Choir of the Venerable Martyr Deacon Habakkuk took place in the spirit of community, prayer and art, leaving a strong impression on the audience and confirming the important role of choral music in preserving spiritual and cultural traditions.
