The parliamentary chairman concluded an extraordinary session to discuss constant Israeli attacks on Gaza, on what the deputies called the genocide and oppression of the Palestinian people, about hunger policies and the current situation in the region.
Later, the parliamentary resolution, signed by Kurtulmus, read in the Assembly.
The resolution states that long-term Israeli’s occupation, destruction and annexation over the Palestinian people have grown into genocide in Gaza in the last two years.
The resolution points out that the genocidal government of Netanyahu deliberately condemned the people of the tread on hunger and scarcity, effectively closing them into what was described as a prison of death and hunger.
With the expansion of the occupation surgery, the resolution states that Israel escalated its massacres and oppression by killing almost 70,000 people, mostly women and children, and wounding more than 150,000 and destroying a large part of the Gaza civil infrastructure.
The resolution adds that the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his circle, dissatisfied with these crimes, strengthen efforts to exterminate the Palestinians, seeking all Palestinian territories, including Gaza.
It also points out that, in addition to the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court, no global body seemed to stop illegal decisions and Masacakra Israel.
However, it is added that it is encouraging that some countries, which have once been silent or supported by Israel, now began to recognize Palestine and apply the measures of the boycott against Israel, which is described as a great success of humanity conscience.
The resolution emphasizes that massacres and use of hunger as weapons represent genocide, and invites the international community to reinforce the pressure on Israel to achieve a lasting power of the strength and ensuring the continuous flow of humanitarian aid in Gaza.
“We invite the membership of Israel in the UN and other international bodies until it stops its genocidal policies,” the Turkish Parliament in the resolution, adding that all national parliaments should interrupt the military and commercial ties to Israel and work at the abolition of embargo imposed on Palestinia.
The resolution also calls for the preservation of the decision of the two countries, inviting countries to recognize Palestine and joined the Group of Parliamentary to support Palestinia, established in Istanbul under the guidance of the Turkish Parliament this April.
