The State Court with a first-instance decision on the lawsuit against BiH for compensation for material and intangible damage after the acquittal procedure, awarded the retired Judge Azri Miletić more than 100,000 KM, confirmed for the detector.
Azra Miletić confirmed for the detector that she received a first-instance decision according to which her claim was partially respected. She clarified that the Court assigned to her for the compartment of non-computable damage to the Overview of mental pain, and injuries to honor, reputation, freedom and personality rights 80,000 KM with legal interest from the date of the verdict.
She explained that she claimed 150,000 in that part, but that the court reduced 70,000 KM.
In the name of material damage in the form, the use of occasional jobs in the form of an independent activity, as Miletić said, was decided to pay out almost 20,000 marks for the period from March 2015. by the end of December 2016. years.
“When the eligible profit is not only thought of that would be certainly obtained, but that would be achieved in the regular course of things,” said Miletić to refer to the period when he was appointed as a member of the Judicial Exam Commission. Further explains that she had previously performed education, and believes that in this part of the decision, the Court damaged it by the Treaty Decision and will complain in that direction.
